• A guide to visiting Somerset Rural Life Museum

    Our interactive Museum workshops at Somerset Rural Life Museum, Glastonbury, cover a variety of topics from Victorian House and Home to Habitat for Honeybees.

    Our Community Learning Space provides a contemporary and welcoming area in which pupils can explore Somerset’s rural heritage.

    The workshops are 90 minutes long and are suitable for up to 35 pupils.

    *Schools subscriptions include 12 free or half price workshops per academic year.

    Key Information

    A maximum of 35 students can participate in each workshop.

    We can facilitate two separate workshops per day between 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.
