Due to the predicted extreme heat, the following site closures are in place:

The Museum of Somerset from 2.00 pm on Tuesday 23 June until 10.00 am on Friday 26 June.

Somerset Rural Life Museum from 2.00 pm on Tuesday 23 June until 10.00 am on Friday 26 June.

Somerset Brick and Tile Museum from 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm on Tuesday 23 June.

Research visits to Somerset Archives are closed on Wednesday 24 June and Thursday 25 June.

This decision has been made for the wellbeing of visitors, staff, and volunteers.
