If you would like to film on land or property owned or managed by the South West Heritage Trust, please complete our Application Form. This applies to any commercial filming or photography.
You will be asked to provide:
• A copy of your Risk Assessment
• Certificate of Public Liability Insurance
• CAAC licence (if drones are to be used)
Please make sure you provide all the essential information and sign the application form which includes a Code of Conduct.
Fees & Charges
As a charity, the South West Heritage Trust charges fees for filming on its land and property, both interior and exterior.
Administration Fee
We charge a fee for processing all applications. This includes checking of relevant documentation (such as Public Liability Insurance and Risk Assessments) and checking there are no clashes with other events.

Location Fee
The following fees are for guidance, precise fees will be agreed depending on requirements. These fees apply to normal opening days.
We will also make a charge for staff time (based on an hourly rate.)

Exterior views of buildings (not including landscape sites) half day £65.
Drone filming only on our landscape sites half day £120.
