 Coming up:  20th December 2026

Celebrate the turning of the year, the Winter Solstice, in our Anglo Saxon Hall!

We’ll be decking the Saxon hall in greenery and welcoming in the new year with a roaring fire to burn the Yule Log.

Bring along your lyre as we’ll be welcoming poems, songs and stories from any budding bard, scop, musician or storyteller who would like to entertain us. We will open the stage throughout the day to all! Earn yourself free entry, a hot spiced apple juice and eternal glory in the chronicles of Avalon Archaeology.
