Borrow a mini backpack, filled with activities to help children explore the site. Collect a backpack from reception and take your cuddly farm animal on an adventure. Complete the backpack trail to become a Museum Rural Ranger! Pick up a backpack for FREE. Best suited for age 6 and under.<\/p>\n
For older children there are other exciting trails available. As the seasons and the Museum exhibitions change there is always something new to discover about life at Abbey Farm and the Museum collections.\u00a0 Trails are FREE on your first visit and \u00a31 there after.<\/p>\n

Once outside the Museum orchard<\/a> is waiting to be discovered and has further activities for all the family. Learn the names of the apple trees, peek inside our shepherd\u2019s hut and even explore inside the chicken coop!
