We may be able to accommodate a visitor without booking but this is not guaranteed. Appointments are released mid-month for the following month.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking your space and ordering documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>You must book a document desk space if you wish to order documents before or during your visit.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to view maps not available online then you should make a specific booking for the map table.<\/li>\n<li>If you will require either a microfiche reader, microfilm reader or public access computer then you can make a specific booking for these resources.<\/li>\n<li>Up to 4 documents per session should be pre-ordered.
