We’re proud to be supporting Place2Be’s Children’s Mental Health Week by shining a light on the importance of children and young people’s mental health.
Because people are unable to take part in normal activities, like family learning across our museum sites for instance, they are having to find new ways to keep themselves healthy and happy at home.
Children’s Mental Health Week’s theme this year is Express Yourself.
Place2Be has created activities and resources to help children (and adults) to explore the different ways that they can share their thoughts, feelings and ideas.
There are lots of resources on the Children’s Mental Health Week website that you can use with your child at home, including activity ideas, tips for parents and carers.
Don’t forget we have also created heritage online activities to be enjoyed.
